Returns-

We accept returns within the first 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unused, in the same condition you received it (you will be asked for photos of the item your returning) . If you need to return a product, email us at btne.cl@outlook.com or message us on Instagram at @btne.cl. The first word in the message should be ‘RETURNS’ so we can prioritize your request. If a return is authorized, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your product, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping-

Standard or free shipping: Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact the shipping provider directly to submit a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items damaged in transit. However, you are covered when contacting the courier.
